  • Money-Back Guarantee

    If it turns out that the purchased goods are not suitable, private customers have the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days.

    Return the undamaged and unused product in its original packaging to us, and you will receive a refund.

  • Warranty Validity

    For private customers, we are responsible for defects in the goods for two years.

    For business clients, educational institutions, and hobby groups, we follow the one-year warranty period provided by the manufacturer.

    If the product has been misused, maintained incorrectly, or repaired by an unauthorized person.

Repair and Service Prices

If it is an out-of-warranty service or repair, the cost of spare parts and returning the product to the customer will be added to the price. Prices are subject to VAT.

  • Diagnostics €15 per device

    Diagnostics and analysis are the first steps to determine the complexity of the repair work and possible solutions.

  • Repair €60 per hour

    We offer repair services in 15-minute increments. Simple work fits within 15 minutes. More complex maintenance work depends on the condition of the device. Describe the problem through the service request form.

  • On-site Device Repair

    For on-site repair at the customer's location, the cost is €60 per hour plus travel expenses. Fill out the service request, and we will contact you.

How long does it take to repair a device?

The time required for diagnostics and repair depends on the defect, but usually does not exceed 14 calendar days. We will inform you if the repair time is significantly extended.

What happens if the device has been repaired multiple times?

If the defect recurs and cannot be eliminated, the device will be replaced or compensated. According to the law, there are no limits on the number of repairs, but generally, the device is replaced or compensated on the third occurrence of the same defect.
